FROM THE NORTH:
     Take Rt. 79 south to Rt. 279 south (follow signs to Pittsburgh). From 279, take Rt. 579 across Veterans Bridge (579 splits to the right from 279). Exit 579 at the 6th Avenue Exit. Stay in left lane and go straight ahead crossing 6th Avenue onto Ross Street. Stay on Ross Street, crossing 5th Avenue, Forbes Street and 3rd Avenue. At next light (2nd Avenue), turn left (directly under overpass). Follow Second Avenue to 10th Street Bridge (see Armstrong Tunnel on left). Turn right onto bridge and go over bridge. At end of bridge, go to third traffic light. Turn left onto E. Carson Street. Follow E. Carson Street to 19th Street, then turn left. Follow S. 19th Street (3 blocks toward river) to 10 S. 19th Street; see PFT Building on left; use free parking lot at building.

FROM THE SOUTH VIA RT. 79:
     Follow Rt. 79 north to Rt. 279 (Penn-Lincoln Parkway-Parkway West) Go through Ft. Pitt Tunnel and across Ft. Pitt Bridge. Bear right at end of bridge (stay on Parkway). Exit left at Grant Street Exit. At second traffic light, turn right and go one block, then turn left on Ross Street and go one block to traffic light. At traffic light turn right onto Second Avenue. Follow Second Avenue to 10th Street Bridge (see Armstrong Tunnel on left). Turn right onto bridge and go over bridge. At end of bridge, go to third traffic light. Turn left onto E. Carson Street. Follow E. Carson Street to 19th Street, then turn left. Follow S. 19th Street (3 blocks toward river) to 10 S. 19th Street; see PFT Building on left; use free parking lot at building.

FROM THE SOUTH VIA RT. 51:
      Follow Rt. 51 north to Liberty Tunnels, then turn right and go through tunnel. Stay in right hand lane. At end of Tunnel, turn right at the traffic light (McArdle Roadway). Go to next traffic light; continue on McArdle across Arlington Avenue. Follow winding McArdle to first stop sign, then turn left onto 10th Street. At first traffic light, turn right onto E. Carson Street. Follow E. Carson Street to 19th Street, then turn left. Follow S. 19th Street (3 blocks toward river) to 10 S. 19th Street; see PFT Building on left; use free parking lot at building.

FROM THE EAST:
     Travel the Pennsylvania Turnpike west to Exit 6 - Monroeville. Follow signs to Pittsburgh. After exiting the turnpike, follow Rt 376 west (Penn-Lincoln Parkway - Parkway East) towards Pittsburgh. Exit at Glenwood Rt. 885 Exit (immediately past Oakland Exit). Turn right at end of exit, go under Parkway to traffic light, then turn right onto Second Avenue. Follow Second Avenue to next light (Brady Street). Turn right, winding uphill under Parkway to traffic light at Forbes Avenue. At this light, make a right-hand, legal "U" turn to get on the Birmingham Bridge (sign says "To 837") Stay in the right hand lane on bridge to East Carson Street. Turn Right. Go to S. 19th Street, then turn right. Follow S. 19th Street (3 blocks toward river) to 10 S. 19th Street; see PFT Building on left; use free parking lot at building.

FROM THE WEST:
     Travel east on Rt.279 (Penn Lincoln Parkway-Parkway West) toward Pittsburgh. Go through Ft. Pitt Tunnel and across Ft. Pitt Bridge. Bear right at end of bridge (stay on Parkway). Exit left at Grant Street Exit. At second traffic light, turn right and go one block, then turn left on Ross Street and go one block to traffic light. At traffic light turn right onto Second Avenue. Follow Second Avenue to 10th Street Bridge (see Armstrong Tunnel on left). Turn right onto bridge and go over bridge. At end of bridge, go to third traffic light. Turn left onto E. Carson Street. Follow E. Carson Street to 19th Street, then turn left. Follow S. 19th Street (3 blocks toward river) to 10 S. 19th Street; see PFT Building on left; use free parking lot at building.

FROM OAKLAND:
      Follow Fifth Avenue past the hospitals and past Carlow College. (Fifth Avenue is one way [except buses] toward downtown Pittsburgh.) Just past Carlow College there is a traffic light for left hand turns onto Craft Avenue. STAY IN THE RIGHT HAND LANE AND STAY ON FIFTH AVENUE down the hill (GET IN LEFT LANE) to the next light which is at Birmingham Bridge. Turn left and cross the bridge to the South Side. Stay in the right hand lane on bridge to East Carson Street. Turn Right. Go to S. 19th Street, then turn right. Follow S. 19th Street (3 blocks toward river) to 10 S. 19th Street; see PFT Building on left; use free parking lot at building.

FROM DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH:
     Go to Second Avenue to 10th Street Bridge (see Armstrong Tunnel on left). Turn right onto bridge and go over bridge. At end of bridge, go to third traffic light. Turn left onto E. Carson Street. Follow E. Carson Street to 19th Street, then turn left. Follow S. 19th Street (3 blocks toward river) to 10 S. 19th Street; see PFT Building on left; use free parking lot at building.

Go to Armstrong Tunnel (off of Forbes Avenue) Go through tunnel and straight ahead (crossing over Second Avenue) across the 10th Street Bridge. At the end of bridge, go to third traffic light. Turn left onto E. Carson Street. Follow E. Carson Street to 19th Street, then turn left. Follow S. 19th Street (3 blocks toward river) to 10 S. 19th Street; see PFT Building on left; use free parking lot at building.
